Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable (AR) Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts accurately and on time.
• Record daily accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
• Follow up and collect overdue accounts through calls, emails, and coordination with clients.
• Reconcile customer payments, deposits, and account discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and submit regular AR status updates to management.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse departments regarding customer billing concerns and delivery documents.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders.
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain organized and updated filing of AR records and documents.
• Handle customer concerns related to billing, payments, and account balances professionally.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary AR documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounting Head or Finance Manager.
• Supervisory Level

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
