What You’ll Own

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage tenant billing, payments, and account records across our property portfolio
• Track and forecast inventory and shipping for our eCommerce brands
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support internal audits
• Record and review credit card transactions and vendor payments
• Coordinate professionally with vendors and tenants
• Support cross-functional operations using AI-enhanced systems and automation

• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time position with scheduling flexibility; significant overlap with U.S. business hours is preferred
