Accounting clerk's job description includes:

  • Financial record-keeping: Maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and running reports
  • Reconciling bank statements: Comparing bank statements to general ledgers
  • Verifying invoices: Ensuring invoices are supported and approved, and sales tax is accurate
  • Preparing financial reports: Preparing statements that confirm the accuracy of database information.
  • Clerical duties: Answering phones, filing paperwork, and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborating with management to ensure accounting information is accurate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience as Accounting Staff/Clerk
  • Can Start as soon as possible.
  • Willing to work on site. (NO WFH)

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
