Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Staff is responsible for managing, monitoring, and recording sales transactions of DJI stores. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) records, while supporting effective financial monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting. The position also assists in maintaining healthy cash flow by tracking receivables and coordinating the timely collection of outstanding accounts.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP software; familiarity with Kingdee is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile financial records accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
