Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Accountant / Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and client communications, delivering accurate, reliable, and timely results.

As part of Auxilium, you will be fully integrated into our team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Canada and other locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accurate financial records
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Assist with client budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with CRA requirements, including HST, WSIB, and EHT
  • Track and monitor client deliverables, following up proactively
  • Communicate with clients and third parties to resolve financial matters
  • Document client processes to improve efficiency and internal controls
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years accounting experience (including full-cycle bookkeeping)
  • 3+ years graveyard shift and remote work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain financial information clearly to clients
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently
  • Adaptable to changing client needs and technologies
  • Team player with a positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset

Compensation and Benefits

  • PHP 40,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience
