JOB DESCRIPTION
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Open to HS/SHS/College undergrad
- Must be willing to work full time in Uptown, Taguig
- Open to candidates without experience
Customer Service Associate - Retail
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Open to HS/SHS/College undergrad
- Must be willing to work full time in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Open to candidates without experience
Customer Service Associate – Telco Account
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Open to HS/SHS/College undergrad
- Willing to handle Telco Account
- Must be willing to work full time in Boni, Mandaluyong
Customer Service Analyst – Telco Account
- At least 2 years of BPO experience
- Open to HS/SHS/College undergrad
- Willing to handle Telco Account
- Must be willing to work full time in Boni, Mandaluyong
