Job Summary
We are currently hiring Chat Support Representatives for a Non-Voice Account to assist customers through live chat, email, and other digital communication platforms. You'll answer inquiries, resolve concerns, process customer requests, and provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience without handling phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other non-voice communication channels.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, orders, product information, and service requests.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely written responses.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage)
- Good English written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
