Role Description

We are seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist for a full-time, remote, commission-based role. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective students, providing guidance on study abroad opportunities, and supporting them throughout the application process. The Specialist will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners, facilitate student enrollment, and promote the organization's services globally. Strong communication and networking with potential candidates are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in student recruitment, client engagement, and customer relations
• Experience with educational consultancy, study abroad programs, or international student services
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and social media
• Knowledge of scholarship programs, application processes, and global education trends is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field is desirable
• Multilingual abilities or experience in working with diverse cultures is a strong advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months
