This is a startup job(Etsuka) for someone keen to achieve big life-changing things with three ambitious co-founders. This job posting is not for people who are seeking for corporate work 9-5pm to be happy about “work life balance”. We have no work life balance (even you apply as the part time, our speed is super crazy fast. We are the startup company based in Japan and Philippines. If we categorize us, people can say DTC fashion startup “for now”. Back in 2022 March, we started as UGC video marketing platform and we pivoted because of a 90-Day challenge. I, Harry, gave Mimi 10k pesos and asked her to build 10M-peso valuation small business and she did that only in 90 days. Then we pivoted to Etsuka, a fashion brand upcycling vintage kimono. Isn’t it amazing?Currently, we are hiring all over the world but mostly looking for the talent onsite work for now.Working hard is default in here. Working three times harder than usual people.

Doing your best is default. You need to give out 120% everyday.

You won’t be able to catch up to the company speed for the first year. If you can, that means the company is growing slowly.

Shipping Associate

Job description

  • Ensure all pieces are delivered on time with the support of the Shipping Assistant
  • Review current inventory and decide which pre-order items are ready to ship
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Team to fully restock any out-of-stock pre-order items
  • Work with the QA Team to confirm premium items are the correct size before shipping, taking full responsibility for final approval
  • Ensure all orders are properly logged in Shopify and communicated in Slack
  • NOTE: We are a retail and most shipping is B2C.

Requirement

  • Minimum one year experience in the related field
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Works hard and fits the startup culture
  • Communicates promptly, clearly, and proactively online
  • Be able to work with founders smoothly and fast
  • Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus

Salary and setup

  • 30k~75k pesos, Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • Flexibility for onsite work but hybrid can be possible if the output is great. Usually the training stage will be mainly onsite.
