This PropPerly (UK-based Virtual Assistant Agency) job post is intended for Filipino Virtual Assistants currently based in the Philippines to work with one of our clients.

We're hiring for a busy sales and lettings estate agency in the North of England, and this is a dedicated role: you'll work for one agency only, as part of their team.

The role

• After each property viewing, you'll call the buyer to get detailed, honest feedback on what they liked, what they didn't, and whether they'd consider an offer.
• Then you'll pass that feedback to the property owner (the vendor) and log everything in the agency's CRM.
• The agency runs around 400 viewings a month, so you'll make roughly 25–35 calls a day.
• There's a clear path to full-time, which would add valuation follow-up calls with homeowners.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of total property management experience, with at least 3 years working with international clients
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, confident phone manner. You should sound like part of the agency, not a call centre.
• Experience in real estate or property: sales, lettings, or property management (UK, US, Australian, or Canadian clients).
• Comfortable making outbound calls all shifts and drawing out real reasons, not just "yes/no" answers.
• Organised and accurate when logging notes.
• Experience with Street CRM, 3CX, or any real estate CRM or VoIP system is a big plus.
• A stable internet connection, a backup power source, and a quiet workspace with a good headset.

Schedule

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on one of these shifts:

• Option A: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK time
• Option B: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK time

Some Saturday shifts may be included. Please tell us if you're available on weekends.

Pay: Php330.00 - Php360.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

Experience:

• Property management: 5 years (Required)
• property management international client: 3 years (Required)
• property management UK-based client: 1 year (Preferred)
